The PCMS girls A Team will make up today's game on Wednesday, December 29 at 3:30 at Penquis. Departure time will be at 2:15 from the high school.

All athletics for Wednesday, December 22 have been canceled. The girls varsity basketball game vs PVHS has been rescheduled for Thursday, December 23 with a 1:30 start time. Departure time will be 11:30. The wrestling meet scheduled for tomorrow has been moved to Thursday with a 4:00 weigh in and a 5:00 start time. Mitchel, please reach out to me as to what time you want to practice on Thursday. The PCMS Girls basketball has no makeup date at this time for their game vs Penquis. Positive COVID Cases 12-17-21

The pooled testing is working! We had five pools pop positive this week and nursing staff have been diligently testing each participant to find the positives, which we did! Given the amount of cases we are juggling at this time, as well as one day remaining, if you receive a robocall, you will need to quarantine your child and he/she may not come to school tomorrow. As for the rest, assume the pool protected your child and he/she may come to school as usual. However, everyone should monitor their children over vacation closely, especially with family gatherings coming up. I’m seeing this strain acting exactly like the one in early September: close contacts are symptomatic within 2-3 days and positive shortly thereafter. Be smart! Keep your kids home if they are not well.

All of today's games have been canceled due to the visiting teams having no school. Stay tune on the makeup dates.

The DOE has informed us that over break, any exposures to staff and students participating in school events, such as sports, will be subject to the standard CDC quarantine guidelines. That means any person who is a close contact and is not fully vaccinated will need to quarantine for ten days. This is out of SAD4’s control. Be well and enjoy the break from academics.

The PCHS/Greenville Boys Basketball game that was canceled Friday will now be played tomorrow home at 5:00. The Boys will also be hosting PVHS on Thursday now with a 6:00 start time. There have been many changes and I am sure more will come, please be patient going forward. The Middle school boys A team will also play host to Penquis on Thursday starting at 3:30. The doors for the varsity game will open around 5:30. Spectators will have to pay admission for both games.
