From: Superintendent MacFadyen
Date: July 8, 2022
As you may be aware, our school district has experienced the death of our PCSS Physical Education and Health teacher, Joe Gallant. Staff, students and our community are deeply affected by this sudden loss. Joe taught in the district for 28 years, served as our Athletic Director for the last 5 years and was also the PCMS Athletic Director for a total of 7 years. During his tenure in the district, he coached PCMS and PCHS Girls Soccer and Track, as well as coaching several Intramural sports.
If you feel that your child or family need any support as a result of our loss, please call our Guidance Department at 207-876-3577.
We know you will join us in our concern and sympathy for the family.
