There will be no girls soccer game today. The boys game starts at 3 PM at PCSS.

The countdown is on. Just about two weeks until school starts up! I am truly hoping for a much more normal year! :)
Some of you received a letter in May/June indicating that your child was missing some vaccinations. I've checked the database against that list this week, and if your child is still missing immunizations, you will be getting another letter. Understand that your child will not be able to start school on 8/31 unless he/she is either up-to-date on required vaccinations, or has a verified appointment to receive those vaccinations. This is according to the law, not the school. (PCP's can fax a note verifying a scheduled vaccination appointment to 876-4291)
PreK students, newly enrolled Kindergarten students, and transfer students will have a little more time. Feel free to email Mrs. Viera with any questions, wviera@sad4.org

P.C.H.S. Girls soccer will not be playing in the the soccer play day at Orono this Saturday, 8/20. If anyone is interested in playing high school girls soccer please reach out to Meranda Hunt or email me at ashorey@sad4.org.

PCSS will be hosting a Celebration of Joe Gallant's Life on August 17, 2022 at 7:00 pm on the Soccer Field. Joe spent most of his career as a teacher, coach and athletic administer right here in SAD4 and we wanted to take some time this summer to honor that dedication and keep Joe's spirit alive. We hope you can make it. We wanted to put together a short tribute video of Joe's SAD4 experiences so, if you have any video or pictures of Joe's life as an SAD4 coach, teacher, or athletic administrator please email them to jkeane@sad4.org. Hope to see you on the 17th!!

Good afternoon,
I hope everyone is having a great summer! If any student is interested in playing a fall sport, there will be a parent/athletes meeting on Thursday August 11th at 5:30 in the gym at PCHS. At this meeting, you will be getting all the necessary paperwork to be able to participate, so it is very important that you attend if you plan to play. Parents and athletes will also have the opportunity to meet with coaches about their expectations for the upcoming season. The high school start date for fall sports is August 15th. The middle school start date is August 22nd. Enjoy the next couple of weeks!
Thank you,
Mr. Shorey

Good evening. This is just a reminder that if you received notification via mail that your child(ren) needs updated vaccines, please make sure to have your PCP fax them to the school at 876-4291. If your child hasn't had any vaccines, the first round will need to be administered some time over the summer and a doctor's note with the next appointment will allow your child to start on the first day. Enjoy the rest of your summer with your children.
