SPORTS PHYSICALS:
Briana Martell, FNP from Northern Light will be in both schools on
October 22nd to do (free) sports physicals for those who sign up in advance. You should've received notification a couple of weeks ago if your student was due to expire before the end of the winter sports season. Please fill out and return the attached pre-physical form by this Friday, 10/16, so she can plan her time away from the office accordingly. If you don't have a printer, your student can pick up a form in the front office(s). I will resend notifications to those in need for the winter season.

A&P students swap scrubs for PJs! On PJ day this week, students got a hands-on review day. After mapping out body cavities and anatomical locations, the class applied their knowledge of professional directional terminology to perform mock surgeries on their Play-Doh figures!
So fun!

Middle School Science and Life Skills students did an amazing job working together to prep the garden for winter! They composted dead plants, harvested marigold and bean seeds, weeded, turned over the soil, drained the hose. They picked tomatoes, onions, and peppers. The carpentry inclined students fixed a raised bed that was bursting at the boards! It was a productive day of team work.
