1998 Boys Eastern Maine Class C Track and Field Champions
Everyone is welcome to attend the induction ceremony in the PCHS Gymnasium on October 3rd at 5:00. This is Homecoming Day at PCHS: Field Hockey plays at 11, Boys Soccer at 1:00, Girls Soccer at 6:30.
Also, Please share with the boys on the 1998 PCHS Track and Field team who were the Class C Eastern Maine Track and Field Champions that they are getting inducted into the Class of 2026 PCHS Athletic Hall of Fame on October 3rd at 5:00 in the PCHS Gymnasium! We want to make sure they all know about this recognition and invite them to the induction ceremony. Chase Lander is currently sitting at 94 goals, and over the next few games should become the first soccer player in PCHS history to hit the 100 goal milestone. The boys head to Ashland on Saturday, before starting a 4 game stretch at home:

The PCHS girls soccer game @ Penquis on Monday has moved to Foxcroft Academy. The game will start at 1pm, bus will leave at 11:50

For those parents who returned a form stating you were interested in counseling services for your student(s), I just wanted to give you an update. As many of you know, finding pediatric counselors in our area is VERY difficult. We were excited to have partnered with NL-Acadia late last spring and received an in-house counselor that served both schools. Expecting to have that service again, I sent out the interest forms. Unfortunately, that counselor did not return this year as expected, and our current contract with KVHC is full. I have a "waiting list" started for each school, in the hopes that we will receive word from someone, that counseling services are available once again. We do continue to have our Social Worker at the elementary school, and a stand-in Social Worker at the high school for the time being if something comes up. Thank you for understanding this situation.
The PCHS boys soccer game @ Penquis tomorrow will now be played at Heddericg Field in Brewer at 6pm. The boys will have a 4pm departure from the school.
