"You cannot get through a single day without having an impact on the world around you. What you do makes a difference, and you have to decide what kind of difference you want to make.”
-- Jane Goodall
Happy Earth Day! On this Earth Day, as we continue to maintain a physical distance from each other, I recently saw a message from three astronauts on the International Space Station. The astronauts sent a video of the Earth and stated: "That Earth is still beautiful. An Earth in crisis is still an earth worth returning to." This message, from 250 miles above our planet, is a meaningful reminder that we are all in this together and we will persevere.
Happy Earth Day!

Thank you again to all those who support our meal program, our cooks, those that prep, those that deliver and those that support all of us in general!
Thank you to the DOE for getting us Hotspot devices for our students. Ms. Dunton is working hard to get them out to our families.

REMINDER: Friday we will be delivering meals at 1:00 PM due to the snow storm. Don't forget to have a bin/cooler out for use to put your food into. If there is no container available we will leave the food at the mouth of your driveway. Stay safe and keep your ears open for our honk to notify you of delivery! Thank you!
Good Evening, this is Kelly MacFadyen, superintendent of MSAD #4. We are following the recommendation made by our Commissioner of Education, which was supported by the Governor to replace classroom instruction with remote learning for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year. We will continue to provide remote learning until June 9th unless the Governor declares it is safe to return to on-site learning. If that were to happen we would consider returning so that students and staff could have closure for this academic year.
Please view our website for more details and on-going updates as we navigate through is difficult time. Spring is here, and I miss seeing the students practicing and playing sports from my office window. But we are all committed to staying healthy so we can get back to school as soon as possible.
Stay home, stay connected, be safe and know that we miss you!
