Retired Laptop Sale

Update: it looks like the MacBooks are all spoken for, if you sign up for one now, you will be put on a waiting list. There are still plenty of iBooks.

SAD #4 is going to be selling a limited number of old, surplus laptops. If you complete this form, you are committing to buy the number of machines listed on this form at the price listed.


The machines will have a fresh software install on them, will be checked over to make sure they are in running condition and will not have any warranty. These machines are being sold as is and SAD #4 will not be responsible for the machine after the sale. These machines will not be available for pickup until July or August, we will contact you when they are ready. 


Sign up is first come, first served.

All sales are final, cash or checks will be accepted when the machines are ready for pickup.


 $50 each - Apple G4 iBooks - these machines are 6-8 years old and have a variety of processor speeds, memory configurations, etc.

Memory: most have 512Mb ram, some have more
System: Mac OS X 10.4
Optical Drive: CD or CDRW combo drive
Hard Drive: 20 Gb or larger
Network: Built in wireless, ethernet and modem
Charger and Brenthaven Sleeve Case
Spare parts machine


This machine is provided as-is and without any warranty or guarantee.  SAD #4 is relinquishing all responsibility for the use and disposal of this equipment.  SAD #4 will not provide any support for this equipment.  You are responsible for properly recycling the computer equipment at the end of it’s useful life.
